JUNE 25, 2024 - Days after being released from jail, Robert Smyres attempted to contact my aunt Pat Storm via Facebook. She sent me proof of this attempted audio call via a screenshot of her Facebook inbox.

JUNE 29, 2024 - Robert Smyres attempted to contact me via my insurance company (Blue Cross and Blue Shield), knowing he has never been on this policy, as it is provided through my employment as a professor at ECU.
I can confirm the time of this call via my phone log, as well as the contents of the phone call via the following video recording.

FLORIDA WARRANT: These acts violate the terms of his probation as well, as there is currently a warrant for his arrest in Escambia County for failing to report to his Probation Officer (John Kerfoot).
